The
Zea’s Stout Competition was a success. Jack announced that we had five winners
from our club. Be sure to check out the website for pictures from this momentous
event. The winning brew will be on tap St. Patrick’s day. Many thanks to
Patrick Oneal for all his hard work organizing this competition.
Details
were given for the upcoming brew off to be held at Big Easy Brewery on March 6th.
Two rules will be strictly enforced…no glass and no yeast in the brewery.
Larry also collected monies from members wanting to purchase wort for $10.00.
Patrick
also announced the Dixie Brewery will invite members for a tour of their
facility on March 16th at 4PM. This
is a golden opportunity to experience a piece of Louisiana’s history.

April 2nd at 5:00 pm.
