Secretary’s Report

  Our secretary read the minutes from the May meeting at Columbia St. Taproom.

 

Treasurer’s Report

  Calvin, our treasurer, reported that we have $2173.82 in our club account.

 

  Old Business

  Jack announced that our May 22nd crawfish boil was a success. He thanked Jason for hosting the event.

  The WYES beer-tasting event was a success. Everyone had a great time. All the beer was well received. Jack thanked everyone for their participation. He also requested that everyone who donated beer should turn in their receipts for reimbursement.

  Larry announced that he will be putting together another T-shirt and tasting glass order. Anyone interested should contact Larry Hartzog.

New Business

  Jack asked that if anyone is interested in ordering gaskets for the 3-gallon cornies to send him an email. They are $10.00 dollars for one or three for $20.00.

 

Jack announced that the booth for WYES beer tasting has already been reserved for next year on June 4th 2005.

 

Frank announced that the beer festival in Florida is in the near future. Crescent City Homebrewers is arranging for a bus to take anyone who is interested.

 

Larry suggested that we should come up with a game that is Mardi Gras related for the beer Olympics.
