Mystic Krewe of Brew    March 20, 2003

Our March 20th, 2003 meeting was held on the patio of the Columbia Street Tap Room in Covington, La.  The weather was clear and cool but the mood was less than festive.  We toasted to good friends and had a moment of silence to reflect on the brave people fighting for freedom in Iraq.  One such Marine happens to be the son of our own George Parr.  God speed.

Al, our secretary read the minutes of the February 2003 meeting and noted that they would be soon posted on the web site.

Calvin, our treasurer, reported that we had $1546.27 in our account in February and that we now have $1622.27.

We had one guest in attendance.
John Marincic was a guest of Doc Jeff's.

    Show & Tell
Larry demonstrated his automatic bottle filler.  The price was about $15.00, but that doesn't include paying George to hold the wort bucket really high!  He says it works great although it looked like you might want to use it outdoors.

And then we drank.

Thanks to all who attended, YOU are MKOB!!!
